Broken Hill Prospecting appoints non-executive director in Keith Middleton
Broken Hill Prospecting Ltd (ASX:BPL) has announced the appointment of its new non-executive director in Keith Middleton. He commenced his role on March 19 2020.
Middleton is an experienced corporate advisor and director of ASX listed companies specialising in the Australian and international resources sector.
Non‐executive chairman Creagh OConnor welcomed the appointment.

“He brings relevant mining industry experience and is highly regarded.
“Keith has expertise in capital raising, corporate governance, audit and risk management.

Middleton is currently a non-executive director of Redbank Copper (ASX:RCP) and regional executive with the Housing Industry Association.
He previously held roles including Orminex (ASX:ONX) corporate advisor, was the founding director of SA Capital, and director of Proto Resources and Investments during the period it was listed.
