Kacey Ainsworth has ruled herself out of a big EastEnders return as Little Mo.
EastEnders boss Kate Oates previously revealed shell be bringing back three well-loved characters to the show, but sadly for Slaters fans, Little Mo wont be one of them.
Actress Kacey appeared on Rylan Clark-Neals BBC Sounds podcast where she confessed that although she would absolutely love to rock up in the Square, its all about timings.
My problem is Im too busy. Every time weve had a conversation about it Ive gone and got another job, she admitted. Then Im not available for the year. I would love us to all get back together again.
She added that shes still close with her fellow Slaters, and that a reunion isnt entirely off the cards.
My onscreen family live in my heart all of them, she said. We had our rows dont get me wrong, we shouted at each other like a proper family, but I am in contact with Jessie [Kat Moon] and Elaine [Lynn Hobbs] and Michelle [Zoe Slater], and Mo [Laila Morse] and I are at the same agency. They live in my heart because we went through so much together.

Well have a reunion, when Ive had my face lift.
Kacey played Little Mo from 2000 to 2006.

Elsewhere in the chat, Kacey reminisced over the first time the TV family met.
We didnt do a script read through because we did like three months of improvising, she recalled. We did the workshop situation first, it just all gelled. I didnt know what was happening at the time but we all just gelled together. I knew it was going to be successful, you dont always know but I knew because of the power of the people.
Laila added she didnt think shed be around this long and originally refused to quit her day job for the soap.
Im the same we did gel. We were always laughing and joking. It was quite a funny situation, I didnt think Id be there two minutes, she said.
Kacey quipped: She kept her job at the betting shop, and carried on working there for eight weeks while we were filming.
Shame Kacey wont be back any time soon as Kat might well need a sisterly shoulder to cry on with Alfies big secret – the fact he fathered Hayleys baby – on the brink of coming out.
