Alesso has teased that his new music will be DJ candy.
The 27-year-old Swedish DJ and record producer released his debut full-length album Forever in May 2015 and has been riding high with commercial success ever since.
Having recently rounded up his European tour, the Grammy nominee has revealed his new music will be non-radio friendly, which will certainly please his dedicated fanbase and lovers of the EDM sound.
Speaking to Metro.co.uk, he said: I have a new song coming soon which goes back to my roots – and its for the fans who have been with me since day one. So I cant wait for that.
Following the release of his hit song Remedy, which now has more than 150 million combined audio and video streams, the artist admitted that things are moving fast in his career.

With such big numbers to his name, we can only imagine how much faster things can go for him.
Im going to release a lot of electronic deep house, non-radio friendly music, more for the clubs. You know bangers. I call it DJ candy, he told us, laughing. Its pretty much an awesome time with new awesome music videos and shows. Things are moving fast now and I am excited.
Speaking of his promising future, the Let Me Go hitmaker added: Hopefully another album on another bigger scale and [I want to] go into more arenas, and just keep working. And collaborating with new artists. I always want to do something I havent done before and reach new goals.
The star, who has a feature with Calvin Harris under his belt, also spilt the beans on what keeps him going and the revealed the secrets to all of his wins.
I think what motivates me today is to do something I havent done before, he explained. And just have a great life in between, you know. I want to evolve every day and I want to move forward.
The musician, who has been dubbed the next big thing in dance music, recently released a video with internet sensation Rudy Mancuso and has tapped into the thriving YouTube community.

Speaking of the platforms community, he said: Its nice to see how the world of YouTube – and internet in general – how it works. They are literally changing the world with internet with how entertainment works.
Speaking of Rudy, who directed Remedy, he said: Not only is he the most talented person but he directed movies and directed my new music video and its doing so well and its got [over] 40 million views already.
We are like a family. What we do is help each other out.
