Coronation Street spoilers: Audrey Roberts and Maria Connor stitch Claudia Colby up with new business deal
Claudia Colby is in for a shock after Maria Connor makes a big decision about their business partnership in Coronation Street.
Monday nights episode saw Audrey make her legendary speech which resulted in her flinging a bunch of flowers in Claudias face. But the hair stylist is fuming when she realises the drunken video has gone viral.
Maria, on the other hand, was taken with the speech – despite it being drunken, it was heartfelt and saw Audrey brand her like a daughter and wish her all the happiness going forward.
After rekindling their relationship, Maria has a realisation.
With something stirred in Maria, she makes a big decision about her future in tonights episodes. Fed up of having the gruff Claudia breathing down her neck, she approaches Audrey with a proposition – she cares about her too and thinks the two of them go into business together and essentially stitch Claudia up.

Audrey agrees and theres only one thing left to do – tell Claudia.
And naturally she doesnt take it well.
Maria tells her shes decided to pull out of the salon deal and her new business partner will be Audrey instead.
But Claudia is quick rain on her parade and points out that her decision will have ramifications as poor Rita had invested her money in the new place and now thanks to Maria, she wont be getting it back. Will Maria go ahead with her plan or will she disappoint Audrey by staying put?
