Ariana Grande today released the music video to her song Breathin, and, perhaps not surprisingly, everyone has gone wild for her latest offering.

The star, who was this week named Billboards Woman Of The Year, wrote the song in reference to her battle with anxiety and fans feel the MV has captured those feelings beautifully.

Arianators gathered on Wednesday afternoon as she dropped the clip at 5pm UK time, with social media immediately awash with praise and admiration for the star, who in the past 18 months has gone through a lot.

The MV had various different scenes (Picture: YouTube)

In June last year her concert was the target of a suicide bomber, who killed 22 of her fans and their parents. Then in September this year, her ex-boyfriend Mac Miller died from an accidental overdose.

Then just two weeks ago her engagement to SNL comedian Pete Davidson was called off.

Safe to say, this woman is one strong and amazing idol to many – but she keeps churning out the songs because, hey, we all deal with things differently and her creative outlet is hers to use however she wishes.

Still, fans are not complaining with the way in which shes getting everything out and Breathin is no exception.

In general everyone was in awe.

However others felt they could relate to her visual depiction of anxiety, including shots of a cloud encompassing her head, Ariana walking in slow motion through a fast-moving room, and then walking through a frozen room.

It got many in the feels.

This song and this video couldnt have come into my life at a better time. My anxiety has been so bad recently but now I have this as a reminder that Im not alone, and to just take deep breathes and push through #breathinmusicvideo pic.twitter.com/l3JIfAV60E

Landing on the scene not long before Petes appearance on SNL, the tune was an ode to past loves as she took the highest of high roads about breakups.

Pete took to the Weekend Update desk to praise his ex.

More: Ariana Grande

I know some of you are curious about the break up but the truth is its nobodys business and sometimes things just dont work out and thats okay, he said. Shes a wonderful, strong person and I genuinely wish her all the happiness in the world.

Now please everybody, go vote on Tuesday.

He added at the end: Im still a good song, though.
