Bucky Barnes nearly looked very different in Avengers: Infinity War
Bucky Barnes, or the White Wolf, almost had a completely different look in Avengers: Infinity War, inspired by traditional Wakandan elements.
The Sebastian Stan character has had quite a string of bad luck in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, being transformed into the Winter Soldier against his will throughout the Captain America series.
Things started to look up for him when it was revealed that hed been taking refuge in Wakanda, being healed by Shuri, as was shown at the end of Black Panther.
In Infinity War, he returned to doing what he does best, and joined his superhero pals in trying to take down Thanos, looking the part in his classic vibranium costume.
However, an art book for Avengers: Infinity War has revealed that he was initially set to wear a costume more inspired by traditional Wakandan elements.

Showing a few different concepts for the outfit, its clear that Marvel considered a few options, before ultimately settling on a look similar to that of the comic books.
Benedict Cumberbatch also recently addressed the fate of Doctor Strange in Infinity War and, well, things arent looking good.
After characters were turned to dust in the devastating last act, fans dealt with the situation by denying everything and assuming that they were going to be saved in the next installment of the series.
Yeah, us too guys.
However, Benedict has made it clear that hes not about to start reassuring anyone.
Im dust, baby, he said, speaking to Jimmy Fallon on the Tonight Show.
