Jennifer Lawrence looked every inch the Hollywood golden girl at the premiere of Red Sparrow in London.

The 28-year-old actress followed up her appearance at the Baftas with a trip to Leicester Square to promote her new movie, in which she plays a ballerina turned spy.

Jennifer embodied 70s glamour in a plunging dreess which featured a glittering gold top and a pastel pink, gold and silver pleated skirt.

J-Law teamed her discotastic gown with voluminous curls, which stayed pristine despite the London drizzle.

The actress posed for the cameras before cosying up to her co-star Joel Edgerton on the red carpet.

This comes after Jennifer admitted that the leak of her nude pictures continues to cause her distress three and a half years later.

Intimate pictures of multiple celebrities, including Jennifer, Kate Upon and Kirsten Dunst, were hacked via the iCloud, with Jennifer later condemning the leak as a sex crime.

She said of the aftermath of the incident: ‘There was a long period when I didn’t want to be seen sexually and I didn’t want anybody to see my flesh. There were things that made me uncomfortable.’

Jen earlier this month told Harper’s Bazaar: ‘I just thought, “‘ll never do that again. I’ll never share that part of myself ever since it got shared against my will.”.’

However, Jennifer has claimed her role in Red Sparrow has empowered her, telling Total Film: ‘My character is told to strip in front of the class, and I had to strip in front of a class and an entire crew. I worked myself up [about the scene], I was really nervous.

‘But Francis made me feel so much more comfortable. Everybody made me feel like I had clothes on. And then when I finished, I just walked out feeling empowered. I felt amazing.’
