Southern Gold advises of passing of pending board appointee Terry Grammer
Southern Gold Limited (ASX:SAU) advises of the passing of pending appointee to its board, Terry Grammer, after a short illness.
He was due to take on his role as a non-executive director of Southern Gold on completion of the companys recent equity raising as an appointee of Metal Tiger PLC (LON:MTR).
The board and staff of the company have extended their sympathies to Mr Grammers family and his colleagues at Metal Tiger.
Southern Gold will advise an alternative director appointment in due course.

Terry Grammer was appointed to the Metal Tiger board in September 2014 and was an award-winning and renowned geologist.
He had more than 40 years experience in mining and mineral exploration with extensive experience in Australia, Africa, South East Asia and New Zealand and had been involved in numerous ASX-listed companies that have achieved dramatic growth.

As a geologist, he discovered the Cosmos nickel deposit for ASX-listed Jubilee Mines NL which went on to be an ASX Top 200 company and for which he was awarded the Association of Mining & Exploration Companies joint Prospector of the Year in 2000.
