Kingwest Resources Ltd (ASX:KWR) has appointed Jonathan Downes to the board as a non-executive director.
Downes has more than 25 years experience in the mining industry and has worked in various geological and corporate capacities.
He is a director of Galena Mining Ltd (ASX:G1A), Ironbark Zinc Ltd (ASX:IBG) and Corazon Mining Ltd (ASX:CZN).
Downes will be replacing Stephen Woodham who has resigned.
