PolarX Limited (ASX:PXX) managing director and geologist Frazer Tabeart has purchased 389,227 shares in the company.
The majority of the shares were purchased at 8 cents each as part of the June 2019 rights issue and the remainder were purchased via very recent on-market trades priced at 2.3 cents.
The purchases increased Tabearts holding in the company to 9.49 million shares.
