Registration for next years festival closed at 5pm on Monday ahead of ticket sales kicking off.
Can you get Glastonbury 2020 tickets without registering?
Sadly not, as only those who have registered will be eligible to buy tickets when they go on sale.
As Glastonbury organisers explain on the official website, registration is required as part of their ongoing efforts against ticket touting.
When do tickets for Glastonbury 2020 go on sale and how much are they?
The coach and ticket packages, which include transport to the festival, go on sale at 6pm today.
The general admission tickets, which do not include transport, go on sale at 9am on Sunday 6 October.
Tickets cost £265 per person plus a £5 booking fee – of which a £50 deposit (plus coach fare if buying a coach package) is payable upon booking, with the balance due by the first week of April 2020.
All tickets will be sold exclusively at glastonbury.seetickets.com – no other tickets will be valid.
Its also worth noting that being registered does not guarantee you will get tickets, as the festival tends to sell out pretty quickly – and 2020 is set to be no exception.
If you are planning to buy tickets for other people, they will need to be registered also – and youll need to have their registration numbers and postcodes to hand when booking.
