J Hus confirmed for Lovebox performance after early release from prison
J Hus is returning to the UK festival scene, weeks after being released from prison.
The 23-year-old surprised fans by appearing on stage with Drake at Londons O2 Arena earlier this month.
And now, Lovebox has confirmed the Bouff Daddy star for a performance at the London Festival this July.
J Hus has joined the main stage line-up of Lovebox on 12 July, joining names including Chance The Rapper, Giggs, Solange, BROCKHAMPTON, 2 Chainz, Lizzo, Cypress Hill, Loyle Carner and slowthai.
The rappers set at the Gunnersbury Park festival will be his only UK festival appearance of 2019.
The Brit Award nominee, real name Momodou Jallow, denied possession of a lock knife in a public place during a court appearance last July.

However, he changed his plea in October and pleaded guilty to the charge of possessing a knife near Westfield shopping centre in Stratford, east London, in June 2018.
J Hus was jailed for eight months in December 2018; however, was released this month.

J Hus gained attention in 2015 with his song Dem Boy Paigon, with his debut album Common Sense reached number six in the charts.
In 2017, he was nominated for three Brit Awards in the British breakthrough act, British album and British single categories.
