Elton John and Future tease collaboration with studio photo and its the most unlikely friendship
Elton John and Future have teased a new collaboration after striking up what appears to be the most unlikely friendship.
Future, real name Nayvadius Wilburn, has been in London recently to perform as a special guest on Drakes Assassination Nation Tour at the O2 Arena.
Despite his busy schedule, it looks as though he made time to hang with one particular British music icon.
In an Instagram snap, Future is seen with his arm wrapped warmly around Eltons shoulder and, frankly, the Tiny Dancer crooner looks pretty thrilled to have made acquaintances with the trap producer.
Future, 34, captioned the image: Me and my brother @eltonjohn leaving the studio. Love is Love.
Elton, 72, will likely be spending more time in the recording studio as he prepares to retire from touring.
The Your Song hitmaker is currently in the midst of his Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour, which spans more than 300 dates across five continents. The exhaustive jaunt will finally come to an end in 2020 with a leg on Eltons home turf in the UK.

Announcing the news in a statement, Elton said in January 2018: I was going to be like Ray Charles or BB King, on the road forever. But… I cant go on forever.
Its the last time I will be touring and travelling the world because my priorities have changed. We had children and that changed our lives.

He continued: In 2015, David I sat down with a school schedule and I thought, I dont want to miss too much of this.
When I stop theyre going to be 10 and eight, and thats a very important time in their lives. I love them so much, I dont want to miss them and I dont want them to miss me. And Ive had a good run.
