Avengers star Josh Brolin appears bruised as he begins training for Dune

Avengers Josh Brolin has shared a fierce snap of him beginning his training for upcoming sci-fi flick Dune – but he appears a little battered.

We knew that gauntlet looked heavy.

The Thanos actor shared a snap of him mid-training – however, he appeared to be sporting a couple of bruises and scratches up his arms.

Nevertheless, the star captioned the photo with a motivational quote to give his followers that sweet, sweet gym inspo.

And Josh recently had some insights about what the Mad Titan was thinking when he looked peacefully into the distance at the end of the movie, despite killing literally half of the population, when we were mopping our tears off the cinema floor.

Hes trying to fix the universe, the actor explained. Hes trying to balance the cosmos, and by doing that hes having to destroy a lot of things.

So theres the warrior Thanos, and then theres the Thanos that you see in the hut. I personally like the hut Thanos because its much more real.
