After tonights Holby City episode it looked like Dofty might become a thing of the past after Ben Lofty Chiltern came to a realisation that he and Dominic Copeland werent arent to be.
Dom and Loftys stag do proved to be a bit of a disaster as it revealed the pair arent as knowledgeable on each other as they should be at the point of marriage and it threw up serious doubts in Loftys mind.
Later, Lofty went missing and no one could get hold of him, leaving Dom worried about his fiances safety. It transpired hed fallen asleep on a bus and ended up in the middle of nowhere without his phone or wallet, and was forced to endure an 18 mile walk back.
Sadly for Dom, those 18 miles gave him plenty of time to think about the future and he came to the conclusion during that time that they were rushing into marriage and probably shouldnt be together at all.

Our hearts broke right there.
BUT the workers at Holby know exactly how to fix hearts, and actor Bob Barrett, AKA Dr Sacha Levy has come to our rescue with a little tidbit that will mend out broken tickers that all is not over for our beloved Dofty.
Speaking to metro.co.uk, he said of their relationship: How long do we give it? Something will happen, whether or not they can ride that.
I love them both together, I think theyre really sweet together. I think its a gay relationship that is very important for the show, to show a very strong gay relationship.
He added that he hopes therell be a big family in their future, but hinted at fireworks ahead first.
I would love them to have children, I think all of that stuff would be fantastic for the show, he said. Im sure thats in the mix. But theyll throw rocks at them to see if they stick. There will be fireworks. I know theres a lot of stuff coming up for those two. I hope they stick with it.
Now, if Bob could kindly fix Berenas relationship too after that kiss, that would be swell.
