7 Casualty spoilers: Will Dylan and Ciara survive the crash?

Last weeks Casualty episode ended on a massive cliffhanger. Dylan Keogh and Ciara Cassidy were fleeing from her abusive husband Joel when Joel crashed his car, causing Dylan to lose concentration. A head-on collision was imminent and left viewers on the edge of their seats. Surely Dylan and Ciara couldnt walk away from that?

This episode picks up exactly at that point – and things arent looking good for Dylan. Can he get through this? Meanwhile, back at the hospital a friendly rivalry between Marty and Jade threatens to turn very serious, and Iain is still struggling. Here are all the spoilers to look out for.

1. The first thing we see is the aftermath of last weeks accident. Joel is screaming Ciaras name for help, theres an injured person lying on the pavement, and Dylan is unconscious. Its not looking good – will he pull through, or is it the end for everyones favourite grumpy medic? And what about Ciara?

2. When Iain and Ruby arrive on the scene, Iain suffers a flashback to the accident where Sam died. It seems hes still not fully on top of things.

3. Jade and Marty are working together and both of them take a shine to a patient called Rufus. They set each other a challenge, but it almost ends in disaster with a life-threatening situation for one of them.

4. As well as dealing with his own post-traumatic stress, Iain is still trying to support former patient Base. Base doesnt make it easy for him. Can Iain trust him?

5. We find out which Casualty regular has Fifty Shades of Grey in their library – and its not someone youd expect.

6. Marty thinks that Robyn should get back on the dating scene. Is she ready to start socialising again?

7. By the end of the episode someone makes a huge decision, and theres a tearful farewell.
