Castle Rock was the stunning backdrop of this years Margaret River Gourmet Escape opening night on Thursday which brings the worlds best culinary masters to the region.
International icons such as Nigella Lawson, Rick Stein and Curtis Stone attended the event along with local heroes Tony Howell, Paul Iskov, Aaron Carr and George Cooper.
The three-day event will feature 45 events this year in 25 unique dining experiences bringing food lovers from all corners of the world to the region.
It is the eighth Gourmet Escape to be held in the region and since its inception has brought more than 100,000 visitors here.
Last year the event received outstanding accolades at the Australian Event Awards and Australian Tourism award.
