Little Mix are getting sassier by the day, and its a joy to witness.
The Woman Like Me singers have been speaking about their growing confidence less than a week after it was announced that they have parted ways with Simon Cowells record label, Syco.
In an interview with The Sun, Perrie said: Were ready for a new start.
Change, especially in the creative industry is always good.
Leigh-Anne added: We were with Syco for seven years and had an incredible journey but its going to be nice to change it up and get a new view on us.
We definitely speak our mind now. If we dont like it, we always say it.
Simon Cowell recently revealed that the reason the label and band had split was because of a songwriting credit for new hit Woman Like Me.

Speaking to The Sun, he said: It was just embarrassing but, funnily enough, I was more annoyed, again, not about me, but about the fact people who had worked so hard in my company were being misrepresented.
Why do artists think theyre more important than staff members? Theyre not. Theyre the same.
The irony was the record they were arguing about, which is Woman Like Me, they didnt want to record. This was one of those ironic times that we were having a hit and nobody was happy.
But the girls insist that theyre going to be taking the lead from now on.
Perrie said: Its double standards when youre young women.
When we started out it was almost like, “This is your lane, stay in your lane. Youre the faces and the name”.

It is frustrating that if a group of guys were to say, “Were not going to do that song, were going to release this song”, its like, “Maybe we should listen”.
Whereas when we do it, its like, “Oh theyre at it again, theyre whining”.
The interview comes after the girls released a powerful music video for new single Strip, which sees them covered in words that they once saw as flaws but now recognise as being their strengths.
A few months ago, we invited many different women to be a part of our brand new music video for Strip. Strip is a really special song from LM5, its all about standing proud and we wrote it to encourage and empower people to be who they are, said Leigh-Anne.
