Diddy devastated and shocked by ex Kim Porters death: They were still a family
Kim Porters sudden death at 47 is said to have left ex-partner Diddy devastated.
The couple split over 11 years ago but continued to co-parent their three children – twins Jessie James, DLila Star, 11, and Christian Combs, 20 – as close friends.
Diddys ex model girlfriend was found dead at her home on Thursday afternoon after emergency services were called for a cardiac arrest.
Diddy is devastated and shocked, a source told People on Friday morning.
He and Kim were still very close friends and co-parents even though their romantic relationship didnt work, they were still a family.
Diddys rep Cindi Berger confirmed news of Kims death in a statement that said: Sadly, I can confirm the passing of Kim Porter. I ask that you give the families privacy at this time.

A representative for the Combs family has been approached by Metro.co.uk for additional comment.
Diddys relationship with Kim spanned a decade, often breaking off then reconciling.
They first started dating in 1994 and broke up in 2007, after which he dated musician Cassie for a further 11 years.
Father-of-five Diddy has 24-year-old son Justin with ex-girlfriend Misa Hylton-Brim but Kim welcomed Diddys second son in 1998 and their twin girls were born in December 2006.

The model also helped to raise Diddys daughter Chance, whom he welcomed five months before the birth of their twins.
Meanwhile, from her previous marriage to singer/producer Al B, Kim also had a son named Quincy, 27, who featured in Diddys Combs Family Holiday Card with his other five children in 2013.
Sources told TMZ that Kim had been suffering flu-like symptoms, and possibly pneumonia, for several weeks.
Another source said that Kim had contacted her doctor on Wednesday to complain that she wasnt feeling any better.
