BTS were awarded the Daesang at the 2018 Asia Artist Awards.
No surprises there.
The seven-piece band, who slayed the red carpet as per usual, entered the awards ceremony with one gong already under their belts, after the fans voted them winners of the Popularity Award.
But at the awards themselves RM, Jimin, Suga, Jin, V, Jungkook and J-Hope took home another four awards, including the coveted Daesang, or grand prize.
BTS were awarded the Daesang, the StarPay Popularity Award, the Korean Tourism Appreciation Award, and were joint Fabulous Award winners with TWICE.
They were also one of the Artists Of The Year – alongside Zico, Wanna One, iKON, TWICE, SEVENTEEN, MONSTA X, MAMAMOO, GOT7, NUEST W and Sunmi.

Many viewers were rather baffled as to why so many K-pop artists were named Artist Of The Year – and weve got to say, were rather confused too.
ARMYs were also peeved when the microphones seemed to fail during BTSs performance in Incheon.
However, it was a great night for Korean culture, with artists including Wanna One, Monsta X and iKON also snapping up awards.
On the acting side of things, Master actor Lee Byung Hun was awarded the Daesang, while IU, EXOs Sehun, Suzy and SHINees Minho were also honoured.
