Things took a dark turn for EastEnders Keegan Baker after he snapped over his guilt at stabbing a teenager.
Wracked with guilt over seemingly accidentally murdering a young lad, EastEnders Keegan Baker broke.
Carmel had turned the screws on the young lad over what hed done, the fact hed turned a knife on someone else despite the fact Shakil died in a pool of blood after being stabbed.
As the guilt rose, Keegan was haunted by knives, almost flipping out when Karen gave him one to cut a doughnut. Breaking down, he confessed to Karen exactly what he did, and the distraught mum told her son what he should do – go on the run.
Could he consider life as a fugitive?
Disgusted with his mums suggestion, Keegan realised what he really had to do – he had to confess to his crime.
Taking himself off to the police station, the tortured boy demanded to be seen, and found himself being grilled by the police on where and when he committed the murder, how much blood there was, whether or not he went home and washed his clothes.

After a tense standoff with an officer Keegan learned the truth – there was no murder. He didnt kill anyone.
Carmel had lied.
Berated for wasting police time and shocked by the revelation, Keegan returned home and told his siblings what had happened. Seeing his brother in turmoil, Keanu goaded him over what could have been an horrific crime, telling him Shakil died trying to save him, and not that Keegan was trying to save Shakil.
Youre angry because although you didnt die, you didnt learn anything, Keanu screamed in his face.
Keanu snapped and grabbed a knife from the counter, threatening his brother.
Mum Karen returned home in time to see the fracas, with Keegan turning the knife on her too.
With Keegan losing control and angry over Carmels lies, could he attack his own mother? Will his own family get caught in the crossfire?
