EastEnders spoilers: Carmel Kazemis emotional exit scenes revealed
Its the end of an era in EastEnders as Carmel Kazemi exits Walford after enduring the worst year of her life. Bonnie Langford is bidding farewell to her much loved alter ego after three and a half years and it promises to be an emotional goodbye.
Carmel is rebuilding her life following the horrific death of her teenage son Shakil who was stabbed to death by a gang in a senseless attack. In order to heal, Carmel knows that she needs to be away from the bad memories but is desperate that those in Albert Square never forget her son.
She has already had a poster created in his memory and although she has given up the campaigning, it helped as part of her process. While she will never forget or get over the tragedy, her life can slowly start to regain some semblance of being liveable.

Finally, she says an emotional goodbye to her son Kush and they embrace. As she looks back at Shakils poster one last time, this is the end of her time in Walford – but someone might need her help one last time before she steps out of Albert Square for good.
One to watch: Monday 5th November at 8pm on BBC One.
