The attacking midfielder was one of the outstanding players in South Africas 6-0 rout of the island nation after two assists at the FNB Stadium.

Meanwhile, both nations touched down at the Seychelles International Airport on Sunday evening and have one training session at the match venue on Monday ahead of the clash.

Maboe admits he has a feeling that the squad will replicate the same feat on Tuesday afternoon when they meet at the Linte Stadium in the capital Victoria.

“I am relishing the prospect of facing the same team on Tuesday and will try to do even better than my performance on Saturday,” said the 24-year-old as quoted by the official SAFA website.

“We should win on Tuesday if we put the same performance as the one we put on Saturday.”

The Heidelberg-born player said the secret of his encouraging performance was the fact that he was able to express himself without any due pressure.

“I was satisfied with my performance because I thought I gave it my best. I didnt preserve any energy and expressed myself freely on the pitch. I also played according to instructions and within the team structure and everything fell into place,” he said with a smile.
