What is the ticket-buying process?

You need to have already registered (before 28 September) for tickets to be part of the October sale.

If youve done so, you can check your registration details here.

General admission tickets will then on sale at 9am on Sunday 7th October, 2018, priced at £248 + £5 booking fee per ticket.

You can pay a deposit of £50 to secure a ticket, and book six at a time.

Tickets will be sold exclusively at glastonbury.seetickets.com.

Glasto wants music fans to know that the only ticket agency permitted to sell tickets for the festival is See Tickets so its important not to buy them anywhere else.

Tips and tricks to get them

Be ready before the time, and refresh your page starting from a minute before.

Keep refreshing, as sometimes peoples baskets expire and the tickets go back onto the website.

Make sure you have a great internet connection – even if it means going to a coffee shop or into your office.

Try using multiple devices if possible. Every little helps.

Think about teaming up with your mates so youre all refreshing the page together. If one gets through, they can buy for the whole squad (as long as its six people or under). You will, however, need the registration number and postcode of each person you book for.

There will likely be an official resale by Glastonbury later in the year, so dont give up hope just yet.
