Emmerdale spoilers: Devastation as Charity Dingle decides to drop the rape case against DI Bails
Charity Dingle has been in deep despair ever since her haunted and abusive past at the hands of evil DI Bails confronted her once more – and now everything has become too much in Emmerdale as she has decided not to attend the trial against the rapist police detective.
Charitys devastating decision has come after Bails targeted Charitys son Ryan Stocks and seemed to be convincing him that Charitys version of events arent true. As Ryan allowed Bails to speak with him alone, Bails quickly used the fact that Charity hasnt yet invited Ryan to meet the rest of the Dingles to his advantage.
He added that Charity was confused and made out that she was grown up even though she was 14 at the time – and she did all the chasing. When he insisted that his wife believes him, Ryan was thrown – especially after Bails showed him a picture of his happy family and invited him to be a part of it.

Charity desperately tried to get Ryan to see that Bails was manipulating him but when she found herself alone with Bails, he sneered that if she cant even get her son to believe her side of things, then she will stand no chance in front of a jury.
Bails words hit home and later, Charity told Vanessa Woodfield that she had decided not to go ahead with the trial.
Is Bails about to get away with his crimes? Or can Vanessa change Charitys mind?
