Another Saint concussed: Weller to miss Tigers

St Kildas injury woes, and problems with concussion incidents in particular, have been highlighted by Maverick Weller being forced out of Saturdays match against Richmond.

The 26-year-old suffered a concussion during match simulation training on Thursday and has already been ruled out of the daunting match against the Tigers.

Weller reportedly suffered concussion after an accidental head knock.

He has played every match for the Saints this season since returning to the side in round five.

Paddy McCartin, Koby Stevens and Jake Carlisle have all been affected by concussion this season. McCartin and Carlisle have been cleared to return after getting through training this week.

The Saints are languishing in 16th spot with one win and one draw.
