Drake has been linked to everyone from Rihanna to Jennifer Lopez – and now it seems hes got his eye on a talent from our side of the pond.

It has been claimed that Drizzy has been on a number of dates with rising star Raye, after the You Dont Know Me singer got in touch with the Canadian rapper over Twitter to share one of her songs.

Raye, 20, is believed to have been on a string of dates with Drake, 31, with the Gods Plan rapper reportedly bringing her to his favourite London restaurant, Nobu Berkeley.

A source told The Sun: [Drake] was clearly impressed by her songwriting talents and when they met to record, it quickly became obvious it wasnt just her music he was interested in.

Raye – who we featured last month in our All Eyes On series -is one of the UKs hottest rising stars, having come in third on the BBC Sound Of 2017 ranking.

Shes best known for singing on Jax Jones single You Dont Know Me, as well as Jonas Blues By Your Side.

Meanwhile, Drake is riding high on charts worldwide following a double whammy of tunes.

His new single Nice For What, which comes complete with a star-studded video packed with badass women including Tiffany Haddish and Letitia Wright, has replaced his previous single Gods Plan at the top of the US charts.

And the star, real name Aubrey Graham, is gearing up to bring us his latest album.

Drake revealed via an Instagram post the name and release date of his upcoming album, with all the details embroidered on the back of his bomber jacket.

The record will be called Scorpion – perhaps alluding to his Scorpio starsign – and is set for release this June.

This will be Drakes fifth album, although he has released a number of mixtapes in addition to his official studio albums, including last years More Life.
