As the Golden Globes approach, multiple stars share their stories and views before heading out on the red carpet.

Comedian and actress Amy Schumer wrote on Instagram: 'And for getting more women into leadership roles. It’s been found that sexual harassment training doesn’t work but having women in positions of power does.

'We want to help women in all industries fight for their right to feel safe at work. Especially low wage jobs where abuse is rampant. Please consider donating to the @timesupnow legal defense fund to help women without the means to help themselves. Link in bio.'

Amy continued: 'Please post today and wear black with these hashtags #whywewearblack #timesupnow'

The Trainwreck star didn't end there, she also made sure to show support for former E! News correspondent Cat Sadler, who quit the entertainment company due to unequal pay compared to her male colleague.

Amy ended: 'also stand up for @iamcattsadler and ask @eentertainment why she wasn’t getting equal pay! #imwithcattsad'

West World actress Evan Rachel Wood told TMZ, 'I think it's really cool that a lot of people want to wear black. That's their way of expressing themselves and expressing the protest.'

She later gave her opinion about actors who do not decide to wear black while on the red carpet, 'I don't think that makes you a monster, as long as you know there's other way you can get involved.'

Evan has gone publicly about expressing ways victims can out predators.

The actress wrote on twitter: 'Hey! Persons' attending the #GoldenGlobes this Sun,' she tweeted. 'If you see a predator but dont feel you can say anything publicly, gather a handful of people and make a circle around them. The room will know.'

She claimed the idea would work in one of two ways: by identifying sex pests; or at least making them too afraid to turn up.

The 75th Annual Golden Globes will air on NBC on Sunday at 5PM.
