In a video posted to Instagram Stories, the 32-year-old took a huge leap into a swimming pool following his gruelling workout on Thursday.

The professional dancer recently enjoyed a romantic getaway with his girlfriend Hayley, 23, in Mexico to celebrate the end of the 25th season of his dancing show.
Lovebirds Derek and Hayley have gone from strength to strength since going public in 2016.
