Neighbours favourites Boyd, Dylan and Stingray reunite after 10 years
Be still our little Neighbours-loving hearts – a reunion has happened and it’s brought us untold joy.
Old favourites Boyd (Kyle Marsh), Dylan (Damien Bodie) and Stingray (Ben Nicholas) joined together in a snap posted on Instagram and all of a sudden it’s the early Noughties again.
A decade after they each left the soap, the trio reunited for Ben’s 30th birthday, and they got fans reminiscing about the good old days.
‘My childhood in one picture,’ one fan wrote. ‘The best Neighbours years right there,’ added another.
All three left the Aussie soap in 2007 – Ben was the first to leave when Stingray died of an aneurysm. Damien left shortly after with the storyline that Dylan couldn’t deal with the anger of his brother’s death. Boyd later followed suit after actor Kyle became annoyed with his storylines, which saw Boyd cheat on wife Janae.
But although the discovery of these photos has made us giddy, the lads have actually been friends the whole time, and meet up on the reg.
Damien also reunited with his fellow Neighbours stars, snapping a shot with Ryan Maloney, who plays Toadie, and Connor, played by Patrick Harvey.
Ben Nicholas still works on the Neighbours set, although obviously doesn’t film scenes as his character snuffed it. He films behind the scenes videos with much of the cast and regularly appears on the soap’s social media.
