Its been quite some time since we last saw her, but Dot Branning (June Brown) makes her highly-anticipated return to EastEnders tonight — and shes not alone! Yes, granddaughter Dotty Cotton (Milly Zero) will arrive back in Walford with her.
With Bexs (Jasmine Armfield) final day in Walford having arrived, Sonias (Natalie Cassidy) determined to make sure her daughter enjoys herself before setting off for Uni, and thus she arranges a surprise party. Of course, a party is the last thing Bex wants, but she agrees to attend, nonetheless.
Before she departs for The Queen Vic, Bex shares a nice moment with Stuart (Ricky Champ), as he wishes her good luck. However, the pair are interrupted by Dot, who returns unnanounced — much to everyones delight.
Stuarts pleased to see the Walford icon, and gives her a hug — as does Tiffany (Maisie Smith). However, Dots not alone, as shes brought granddaughter Dotty back with her.

As Dot gives her nearest and dearest an update on what shes been getting up to over the past couple of months, Tiffany is wary when she discovers that Dotty will be staying in Walford for the duration.
