If you're fanatical about fitness, you'll already be aware of the benefits of short workouts such as F45, HITT and CrossFit.
And now there's a new program set to make it big in 2018 – and it promises results in just 30 minutes.
9Round, which is already popular abroad, is a 30-minute full-body kickboxing workout you can do on your own schedule.
And it's starting to gaining plenty of traction in Australia now, too.

Club manager Emma Manggun (pictured) said memberships for the kickboxing-themed gyms is on the rise
Since 2016, a whole swathe of the new kickboxing themed gyms have begun operating around Australia, and membership is on the rise, according to Emma Manggun, who manages both the Brunswick and Fitzroy clubs.
The gyms don't run classes on specific time schedules; a new session starts every three minutes making it perfect for those with tricky, hard-to-manage schedules.
There's always a trainer on-hand to help step participants through the nine-round circuit, which includes a mix weight resistance, cardio and core-strength training.

'It's what people want. It's quick, it's 30 minutes. You don't need to think for yourself and you've always got a trainer to push you and motivate you, Ms Manggun told FEMAIL.
'Australians are looking for a quick way to workout that doesn't take as much time as your normal weights and plates gym.'
Though the circuit-based workouts are designed to be efficient and fun – the 30-minute session is high energy and has been formulated for maximum fat burning and fitness results.

The workout is similar to high intensity interval training (HIIT) but with a boxing focus
When members sign up to the gym, part of their welcome package includes a Myzone heart-rate monitor which they wear throughout their workouts.
Data from the monitors appear on a big screen in the gym, which makes tracking progress easier, said Ms Mangunn.
'As trainers, we want to make sure you're in the right training zone at all times.
Members use wearable tech such as Myzone heart-rate monitors to track the progress through the circuit
'We don't push people to be at an intensity level we think is right, rather we want to make sure people work out out a level that's right for them.'
Another benefit of using wearable tech during a workout, is the satisfaction people get when they get to their ninth round and can see the number of calories they've burned.
'The Myzone monitor shows how many calories you've burned, but we go on effort,' she said.
An ever-changing routine means gym members can attended daily without fear they'll get bored of the workout
Membership costs can vary from club to club but start-up packages average around $180. After that, each gym charges around $30 to $35 per week.
Part of the appeal of the 'addictive' workouts is that every day there's a new circuit to try, which means those going to the gym don't need to worry about fixed routines.
'Everyday there are new workouts and new combinations to try, so you could come in every day of the week and not get bored with it, ' she concluded.
'Which is the best part.'
