eSense-Lab Limited (ASX:ESE) has strengthened its board with the appointment of Peter Hatfull as a non-executive director.
Hatfull, a professional director, has more than 40 years experience in a range of board and senior executive positions with Australian and international companies.
He has an extensive skill-set in the areas of business optimisation, capital raising and group restructuring and specialises in corporate governance and strategic planning.
Hatfull is currently the independent chairman of several listed and unlisted companies and has held senior financial and board positions in Australia, Africa and the UK.
He graduated as a chartered accountant in the UK, where he worked for Coopers and Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers). He then moved to Africa, where he spent eight years in Malawi prior to relocating to Australia.
