Panoramic Resources to bid farewell to retiring chief financial officer Trevor Eton

Panoramic Resources Ltd (ASX:PAN) (FRA:YM1) (OTCMKTS:PANRF) will wave goodbye to a key figure in its development when chief financial officer (CFO) Trevor Eton takes his retirement in late January 2020.

Eton has been instrumental in delivering a number of achievements for Panoramic during his 16 years with the company.

Among these are financing, construction and development of the Savannah Nickel-Copper-Cobalt Project in Western Australias Kimberley region from which the company restarted shipping ore earlier this year.

Critical guidance

Eton was also instrumental in the acquisition and subsequent development of the Lanfranchi Nickel Project near Kambalda in WA.

The company reached a market capitalisation of more than $1 billion in 2007 during the nickel era, before world markets were rocked by the disruption of the global financial crisis.

Panoramic acknowledged Etons contribution today, saying “Trevors leadership, sound knowledge and experience in all areas of corporate finance, treasury, insurance, cost control and equity markets has ensured the company has steered its way through the challenging period post the GFC.

“Trevors input and guidance were also critical to securing the financing of the Savannah project re-start. Trevors deep knowledge of the resources industry and strong work ethic made him a cornerstone member of the Panoramic executive team and he will be missed.”

Eton will finish up as CFO and company secretary on January 28, 2019, after the company wraps an expected recruitment drive for a “suitable replacement.”
