archTIS Ltd (ASX:AR9) substantial holder Merchant Funds Management has increased its interest in the company from 12.26% to 15.10% after purchasing 3.5 million shares.
Merchant Funds Management has made the purchases as the manager of the Merchant Opportunities Fund and the Merchant Leaders Fund.
Intelligence agency deal signed
archTIS recently signed an agreement with the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) to utilise the certified cloud-based platform Kojensi Gov in developing the National Criminal Intelligence System (NCIS).
ACIC is the first intelligence agency to use the companys Kojensi Gov platform and this agreement is for an initial 15-month period with the option for two annual extensions.
