EastEnders spoilers: Whitney Deans secret boyfriend revealed to be sex abuser Tony Kings son Leo

After some time away to gather her thoughts, Whitney Dean (Shona McGarty) returned to Walford in tonights episode of EastEnders, and she brought with her a huge bombshell — shes got a new lover — and Callum Halfway Highway (Tony Clay) was left devastated as a result. However, a much bigger bombshell came later when it was revealed that the identity of her secret boyfriend was none other than Leo King (Tom Wells) — the son of sex abuser Tony (Chris Coghill).

After Callum came clean about his night of passion with Ben (Max Bowden), Whitney was left heartbroken. Although she attempted to carry on with the wedding, she was ultimately unable to do so, and — with some persuasion from Bianca (Patsy Palmer) —she decided to jet off on her honeymoon by herself, in order to gather her thoughts.

With a couple of weeks having passed since the wedding-that-never-was, Whitney returned during tonights episode — and Callum was shocked as a result. The pair chatted, and it soon became clear that there was no animosity between them — rather the opposite, actually, as Whitney commented how happy she was that Callum was now free to be himself.

However, it soon became apparent that Whit was harbouring a secret of her own and, before long, she came clean, revealing to her ex-fiancé that she met someone while on the honeymoon — and she couldnt be happier as a result.

Callum was distraught, and he ultimately sought solace in Ben, but the biggest moment of the episode arrived at the end, as an excited Whitney exited Dots (June Brown) house to greet her new fella — whod just arrived in the Square.
