Lindsay Lohan reveals video for comeback single Xanax and its about letting go of the past

Lindsay Lohan coming back with new music is exciting enough but shes also dropped the music video for Xanax, which she says is about moving forward.

The singer and actress, 33, shared the video on her IGTV, telling fans: This video is a compilation of vignettes of life.

Family, love, the process of moving forward and letting go of the past. To live and be happy, free of fear.

Just to be grateful and open our eyes to our opportunities instead of numbing the mind.

Its been 11 years since Lindsay last released music after 2008s Bossy, and fans were excited to hear her new track.

With lyrics including: I got social anxiety, but youre like Xanax to me. When you kiss me, I cant breathe, its a different LiLo to the one weve heard before.

She revealed the first snippet of the track on Virgin Radio in Dubai in August, before finally letting fans hear the full version.

The video features a compilation of photos and video footage of Lindsay as well as others, including her shaking hands with people while carrying an enormous bouquet of flowers.

She can also be seen learning a dance routine before the video ends with a pretty random Becky video from what appears to be a friend or follower with a Snapchat filter on.

As well as working on her music career again, Lindsay is also a judge on the Australian series of The Masked Singer, where she has to guess the singing celeb under the full-body costume.
