Despite recently announcing her retirement, the 36-year-old has teased fierce, fun, and unapologetic material is on its way.
When chatting to Elle US magazine, the rapper opened up on her latest project and how shes proud her fans dont have to wait too long to hear new releases.
She told the publication: Its probably the most excited Ive been about an album release in a really long time.
Im happy that were not making my fans wait for another album, like Ive done in the past.
The Bang Bang hitmaker dropped her fourth studio album Queen in 2018, four whole years after her third record The Pinkprint.
Yet, even though her latest release was met with open arms, it seems fans are in for even more of a treat.

She added of her new album: This one incorporates all the things people love about Nicki, but it also just has a way bigger sound, so it goes perfectly with the collection.
Nicki recently announced her retirement on Twitter, but has since apologised for her abrupt words.
Im still right here, she insisted: Still madly in love with you guys and you know that.
Nicki went on to reveal that shell address her choice to retire in her Apple Beats 1 show, Queen Radio.
In hindsight, this shouldve been a Queen Radio discussion and it will be. I promise u guys will be happy.
She added: No guests, just us talking about everything. The tweet was abrupt & insensitive, I apologize babe.
Her post came after the unexpected retirement announcement, which has since been deleted.
