A Whitney Houston hologram tour is said to be launching in the UK next year.

Thats right, according to reports the divas legacy will be brought back to life by Base Entertainment, who have previously worked on Roy Orbison and Amy Winehouse productions.

When chatting in the latest issue of Music Week, Seth Faber, SVP of marketing at Primary Wave announced the news, and said the show is going to be phenomenal.

He told the publication: It will be an incredible show.

So much effort has gone into making the show as authentic as possible. Its going to be a phenomenal experience.

The company have also put together a Buddy Holly tour, which launches in the UK next month.

Fans can expect to hear the tracks I Wanna Dance With Somebody (Who Loves Me) and The Greatest Love of All at the 2020 concerts.

The New York Times also claimed that the late stars original band and backup singers would support the hologram on stage.

Talking about the news, Whitneys sister Pat told the publication: The hologram has taken precedence over everything.

She continued: Before she passed, there was so much negativity around the name; it wasnt about the music anymore.

People had forgotten how great she was. They let all the personal things about her life outweigh why they fell in love with her in the first place.

Larry Mestel, Primary Waves founder, added: Whitney was Americas sweetheart, and the idea now is to remind people that that is what her legacy is.

Whitney passed away in 2012 after accidentally drowning in her hotel bathtub at the age of 48.

The singers daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, passed away three years after her mothers death.

The 22-year-old was found unconscious face down in a bathtub – in heart-breaking similarity to her mothers passing – and died in a hospice six months later.
