2019 NAIDOC Week Deadly Moonlight Ball | Photos

Busselton's first ever NAIDOC Week Deadly Moonlight Ball was held on Saturday evening at the City of Busselton's Undalup Room. The ball was a great success, fulfilling the vision of Jemma Weston who came up with the idea and was keen to organise a special event which would bring all members of the community together. The glamorous event was enjoyed by more than 130 people, with people attending from as far as Geraldton, Perth, Bunbury, Busselton, Dunsborough and Eagle Bay. The Wadan Warakiny Choir after their two gigs at the Undalup Association's NAIDOC Week Family Cultural Day, began the night after the formalities. Festivities continued with the Mr and Mrs Smith Quintent who took to the stage, along with the vivacious Mandy B who got the crowd jumping with a range of Aboriginal and popular music.
