Wallabies player robbed outside team hotel in South Africa
A Wallabies player has been attacked outside the team's hotel in South Africa on Saturday evening (Sunday AEST).
A Wallabies spokesperson confirmed that a player was the victim of a "snatch and run" less than 50 metres from where the team staying in central Sandton, just out of Johannesburg, ahead of their Rugby Championship opener on Saturday (Sunday AEST).
It is unclear which player was attacked and what time of the evening the incident occurred.
The Herald understands the player's phone was stolen.
