Dani Dyer is used to having the nation watching her every move, but according to her co-star, she did the right thing in not having sex on Love Island.

Brad Moore recently wrapped filming on psychological thriller Heckle, which sees Love Island 2018 winner Dani get down for her first sex scene on camera.

Having decided to go against the grain not to engage in hanky panky of any kind with ex-boyfriend Jack Fincham while in the villa, Brad revealed his thoughts on the transition to acting as he believed it can only help her.

Still, the whole Heckle set was protective of Danny Dyers daughter and her foray into the material.

I think everyone was protecting her on set, she was a really sweet kid, Brad told Metro.co.uk. When you do these things [sex scenes], its a closed set and you get into it.

One has to allow yourself to go into it and let your inhibitions go, apparently, and to Brad, Danis acting career wasnt hindered by her G-rated Love Island appearance.

Shes smart…I know her dad Danny a little bit, Brad continued. I think the whole thing with Dani is she knew the nation would be watching on Love Island so she was smart to not have sex on TV.

As a dad I can relate to that. Imagine being a parent when your kids making love with the nation watching?

Then when she got in an artistic environment the first time she did she let her hair down and had a bonk on camera [laughs].

Which is just the description we can imagine father Danny relaying himself.

Now, after winning best feature film at the recent National Film Awards and being nominated for best British actor for his turn in Gloves Off, the actor would like to think of himself as the next Hugh Grant. Well, sort of.

In fact, he backs his chances to take on Hollywood so well hes thrown his hat into the ring for the upcoming Four Weddings TV reboot.

The only problem is, in his words: Im a short, stocky Cockney and hes a tall, slim, sophisticated upper class gentleman.

Alright, so there isnt much crossover there between Brad and bumbling, floppy-haired Hugh who played main character Charles, but whats a reboot if youre not flipping the script on whats been done before, right?

The lad is on a roll, so you can hardly say he doesnt have the chops to take on the big guns.

Ive done quite a few films, Ive not done much TV work, so the Hugh Grant thing, which Im up for, would be lovely, he said on the Four Weddings reboot by Hulu.

I think its more likely the producers are considering me for the Simon Callow role [of Gareth], or John Hannahs role [of Matthew].
