Dad kicked son, 10, out of car then drove off to punish him for vomiting inside

A father kicked his 10 year-old son out of his car after the youngster threw up inside it – then drove off without him, police say.

Christopher Griffis, 31, reportedly abandoned the boy in a parking lot in St Johns County, Florida, last Wednesday screaming Get the fuck out of the car!

A FedEx driver who witnessed the alleged incident called sheriffs deputies, who were caring for the boy when Griffis reappeared in his Kia 15 minutes later.

Bizarrely, he is said to have accused the cops of holding his son hostage, prompting three other young children inside the car to start screaming and crying.

One of those children tried to unlock a passenger door when asked to do so by a deputy.

But Griffis is then said to have sped off without his son again.

He reportedly drove so fast his tired screeched, with deputies watching as he ran a stop sign.

Neighbor Macy Bloomer accused Griffis of being a bad dad, telling News4Jax: Theyll be playing and hell come out and start yelling at them and being hard on them.
