Why does Alya Nazir hate Carla Connor?

Alya first fell out with Carla last year following the death of Aidan Connor (Shayne Ward) who had been the owner of the Underworld factory.

In 2018 Aidan had donated his kidney to his half-sister Carla and as a gift she gave him her 82% shares in the factory, but later that year he took his own life.

In his will he had left his shares to Alya, which was initially only his 18% but it then included Carlas share as well, which gave her complete control of Underworld.

This caused a divide between Alya and Carla for several months as they feuded over the ownership of the factory.

At Aidan Connors funeral Carla sent Alya away from the ceremony, but Alya then responded by heading to the factory and changing the locks.

Carla wasnt afraid to fight dirty to try and get the factory back from Alya, even making an offer to Beth Tinker to act as a spy.
