Distressing surveillance camera footage shows a nursery worker throwing and kicking a two year-old boy for refusing to take a nap.
Valeriaya Buonadonna, 36, was caught allegedly attacking the boy on film at Znayka Day Care Center in Brooklyn, New York, with another worker tipping parents off about what she had done.
Tuesdays incident saw her pick the child up from his chair, before tossing him on the ground and striking him with her foot.
It left the youngster with pain and bruising on his leg.

Afterwards, the boys mother told Pix11: That doesnt feel good to watch someone hit your child.

I was so angry, there was nothing I could do. She was in the classroom with kids.
Its just sad. I know you see this all the time, but I would never think it would happen to my child.
The mother, who does not wish to be identified, said she is grateful the police are involved, but blasted the day care center for failing to apologize for what happened.
