The recent Federal funding along with the state funding that helps him provide support to towns is recognition that GIVIT is a good, solid, safe platform and an effective way for people to give and receive donations/ "It's recognition for the fact that we have been getting the right things, for the right people in the right way," Mr Barrett said. "This also helps the other charities and community groups in the towns. The better our system is the easier it is for the local CWA to access the goods that we can provide."
