Wet weather brings joy to Garden Club

Owing to the welcome rain, the venue for our recent Garden Club meeting was transferred to the RSL bowlers' bar. A large number of members attended with everyone delighting in the wet weather and the benefits it brought to our gardens and surrounding district. Members were saddened to hear the sudden news of the passing of Ann Keating, a long time member of our Garden Club. Our thoughts and prayers go to her loving family, and we are invited to form a guard of honour at her funeral. The meeting opened with a welcome to everyone, apologies, the reading of minutes and treasurer's report.
