Grandfather who always told people he would win lottery wins $10m on lottery

A grandfather who always told his friends that he would end up winning the lottery has been proven right after bagging a $10million jackpot.

Theodore Duncan, 52, picked up the huge prize after buying a scratch-off ticket in Oxford, North Carolina, on Monday, while on the way to dump trash at a landfill site.

Duncan, who works as a machine mechanic, was initially stunned by his good luck, but also thinks it was written in the stars.
