Warm welcome for new arrivals to church family

Members of the Margaret River Baptist Church recently welcomed their new pastor, Craig Bosman, along with his wife Gen, and their two young children, Aimee and Timothy, with a special induction service held on Sunday 24th March. The family arrived recently at the Church from their home of Griffith in central New South Wales, where Pr Bosman served as pastor for five years. According to a spokesperson, the Church membership believe Pr Bosman displays a deep personal relationship with God and has a passion for sharing the love of Jesus. "Craig has a humble nature and shows love for all people. He communicates well and brings a team building leadership style," said the representative. Pr Bosman said relocating to the South West was an exciting and happy step for his family. "Coming to Margaret River is a wonderful blessing for us as a family and we really hope that we can be a blessing to everyone here," he said. "As a Pastor, I really want to help and serve this community, particularly in ways that align with my experience and skills." The devoted family man said he enjoyed keeping fit through mountain biking and running and had already joined, and is helping with, the Margaret River Park Run. "The family is looking forward to exploring Margaret River's natural environment, especially the beaches after having lived well away from the coast in Griffith. The Church is excited about this new season and is looking forward to serving our community alongside Craig and his family. The Margaret River Baptist Church meets for a family friendly service every Sunday morning, 10:00am at the Church building at 28 Tunbridge Street, Margaret River.
