British teen nicknamed Osama bin Bieber killed by Isis for spying
A teenager from Coventry who left the UK to join Isis in Syria has reportedly become the first British person executed by the terrorist group for being a spy.
Mohammed Ismail, nicknamed Osama bin Bieber because of his youthful looks, left Britain in March last year at the age of 18.
But according to a report in The Sunday Times the teenager has been killed after revealing the movements of a senior Isis fighter who had been placed on a Pentago kill list.
The newspaper reports that Ismail confessed to giving away information about Nasser Muthana, an aspiring doctor from Cardiff and a leading Isis propagandist.
Isis closely guarded Muthana, who was used to recruit other westerners to join the terrorist group, but he was killed in a precision strike in a street in Mosul, Isiss former stronghold in Iraq.
